Promotion Requirements
Staff must meet both point thresholds and performance criteria to advance to the next rank.
Starter role: Helper
- Sr. Helper: 50 points
- Mod: 100 points
- Sr. Mod: 200 points
- Admin: 400 points
- Sr. Admin: 700 points
- Supervisor: 1000 points
Responsibilities and Perks
1. Helper
Responsibilities
- Learn server rules and policies.
- Assist with basic tasks such as welcoming members and answering questions.
Perks
- Limited staff permissions.
2. Sr. Helper
Responsibilities
- Welcome new members and assist with resolving general inquiries.
- Support moderation by reporting issues and helping enforce rules.
Perks
- Full permissions for light moderation tasks.
3. Mod
Responsibilities
- Enforce rules through warnings and light moderation (e.g., muting members).
- Assist with event hosting and member engagement.
Perks
- Moderate-level permissions (e.g., muting and warnings).
4. Sr. Mod
Responsibilities
- Handle disputes, enforce server rules, and escalate serious issues.
- Moderate chat activity and ensure a safe environment.

- Full moderation permissions (e.g., kicking and banning members).
5. Admin
Responsibilities
- Mentor Junior Moderators and Moderators.
- Assist Admins in implementing server strategies.
- Take responsibility for high-level moderation tasks.

- Trusted staff role with enhanced permissions and decision-making access.
6. Sr. Admin
Responsibilities
- Manage the staff team and oversee server operations.
- Approve staff promotions and organize server activities.
- Collaborate with superiors on server-wide strategies.

7. Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire staff team and oversee all server operations.
- Make final decisions on disputes, policy changes, and major server updates.
- Mentor Admins and ensure the smooth running of the team.

- Top-level permissions, decision-making authority, and exclusive access to server owner collaboration tools.
8. CEO
Responsibilities
- Make sure to update and provide all economic funds the server needs.
- Set and enforce server policies, rules, and guidelines.
Perks
- Ability to create and manage server-wide announcements and changes.
9. Founder
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire server and ensure smooth operations.
- Set and enforce server policies, rules, and guidelines.
- Make final decisions on major server issues and updates.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff members.

- Ultimate permissions, including full administrative access.
- Ability to create and manage server-wide announcements and changes.
10. Partnership Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead all partnerships and ensure requirements are being followed.
- Identify and establish new partnerships with other servers and organizations.
- Maintain and nurture existing partnerships to strengthen server relationships.

11. Event Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and create giveaways, special events, and competitions.
- Announce new changes and updates to the server.
