Welcome to the Content Creator Program for our Discord-Minecraft server! We're looking for passionate creators to showcase our server on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Kick, Twitter/X, and Twitch. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned influencer, we have roles and ranks for you: Junior Content Creator, Content Creator, or Senior Content Creator. Join our community and help us grow!

General Requirements

All applicants must meet the following:

  • Passion for Minecraft and Discord: Genuine enthusiasm for Minecraft gameplay and our server’s community.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging content (videos, streams, posts, or graphics) for any of the following platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Kick, Twitter/X, or Twitch.
  • Community Engagement: Actively interact with our Discord community and promote the server on your platforms.
  • Server Rules: Maintain good standing with no recent bans or excessive rule violations.
  • Portfolio: Submit samples of your work (e.g., videos, streams, or posts) via our application form.
  • Equipment: Access to recording/streaming tools (e.g., microphone, camera, OBS, or editing software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere).

Junior Content Creator

The Junior Content Creator role is perfect for those starting their content creation journey.

  • Experience: No professional experience required; personal content creation (e.g., small YouTube channel or TikTok account) is sufficient.
  • Audience: Emerging presence (100+ followers on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Kick, Twitter/X, or Twitch).
  • Content: Create basic Minecraft content, such as short gameplay clips, server highlights, or social media posts.
  • Skills:
    • Basic editing (e.g., CapCut, OBS, or DaVinci Resolve).
    • Familiarity with at least one platform’s best practices.
    • Ability to post consistently (1–2 posts/videos per week).
  • Responsibilities:
    • Produce and share content promoting the server.
    • Engage with our Discord community (e.g., join events, respond to comments).
    • Follow a content calendar with guidance from senior creators.
  • Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/week.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with Minecraft minigames or basic graphic design (e.g., thumbnails in Canva).

Content Creator

The Content Creator role is for those with some experience, ready to take on more responsibility.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of content creation or a moderate audience (1,000+ followers on YouTube, 500+ on Twitch, or equivalent on TikTok, Instagram, Kick, or Twitter/X).
  • Audience: Consistent engagement (e.g., 500+ views per video or 10% engagement on posts).
  • Content: Produce polished content, such as edited YouTube videos, Twitch streams, or Instagram Reels featuring server gameplay or events.
  • Skills:
    • Intermediate editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Streamlabs).
    • Knowledge of platform algorithms (e.g., YouTube SEO, TikTok trends, Twitch tools).
    • Ability to analyze metrics (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Instagram Insights).
    • Collaboration with other creators or staff.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop content aligned with server goals.
    • Promote the server across platforms (e.g., link Discord in video descriptions).
    • Mentor Junior Content Creators.
    • Engage with followers to drive server memberships.
  • Time Commitment: 10–20 hours/week.
  • Nice-to-Have: Streaming experience, Discord bot knowledge, or server moderation skills.

Senior Content Creator

The Senior Content Creator role is for experienced creators who can lead and innovate.

  • Experience: 2+ years of content creation with a proven track record (e.g., viral videos or brand collaborations).
  • Audience: Significant following (2,000+ on YouTube, 1,000+ on Twitch, or equivalent on TikTok, Instagram, Kick, or Twitter/X) with high engagement.
  • Content: Lead high-impact projects, such as server trailers, livestreamed events, or cross-platform campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced production (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, professional storytelling).
    • Deep understanding of analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Twitch Dashboard).
    • Leadership to mentor other creators.
    • Strategic planning for server promotion.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee content production for brand consistency.
    • Execute campaigns to boost server visibility.
    • Collaborate with admins on marketing goals.
    • Mentor Junior and Content Creators.
    • Build partnerships with other creators or influencers.
  • Time Commitment: 20–30+ hours/week.
  • Nice-to-Have: SEO expertise, server management experience, or successful influencer collaborations.
